We collect only what we need to call you back and arrange the work. Here is what that means.
What we collect
When you send the form: your name, phone number, postal code, whether you have tested, and anything you write in the message box. When you call: your number and the time of the call, from our phone service. On the site: page views through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you.
Why
To call or email you about radon testing and mitigation, and to arrange the work.
Who we share it with
The certified installer who will do the work, so they can contact you and quote. The services that carry the message: Twilio for calls and Web3Forms for the form. Nobody else. We never sell your details.
Consent and email
When you contact us, you give us consent to contact you back about your request. You can tell us to stop at any time, by phone or by replying to any email.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we arrange the work and for our records after. You can ask to see what we hold, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
